DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS
Our products and collections are thoughtfully designed and intentionally cohesive. Each piece offers specific personalization options as outlined on its product page. Beyond those options, major alterations to layout or design elements are not available.
When you receive your proof, please review every detail carefully—including spelling, punctuation, names, and dates. Your approval confirms that all information is correct. Once a design has been approved and sent to print, no further changes can be made. RH Design House cannot be held responsible for errors that were present and approved in the final proof. Any required reprints due to client error will incur additional costs.
PRODUCTION TIMELINES
Production timelines are specified on each product page. Your timeline begins only after we’ve received all necessary details (including event information, addresses, and any photos, if applicable). Missing information will delay the start of your design process. While we may reach out to request missing details, it is your responsibility to provide complete information promptly.
If including a photograph, please ensure it’s provided in high resolution and in a timely manner. RH Design House is not responsible for production delays caused by missing, incomplete, or low-resolution files.
PRICING
All pricing listed on our website reflects the full retail price in U.S. dollars. Sales tax will be collected as required by law..
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. Specific shipping timelines are provided on individual product pages. Shipping costs are included in your order total.
Once in the carrier’s possession, RH Design House is no longer responsible for its handling, delivery time, or condition upon arrival. Tracking information will be provided once your shipment has been dispatched.
Because transit times can vary, we strongly encourage placing your order well in advance of your event date. RH Design House is not liable for loss, delay, or damage that occurs during shipment.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
All orders are made-to-order and customized to your specifications. As such, all sales are final—no cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.
If an error occurs on our end during printing or production, we will promptly correct and reprint your order at no additional cost. However, if a proof containing an error was approved by you, the cost of reprinting will be your responsibility.
PRIVACY
We value your trust and respect your privacy. Personal information collected through our website or order process is used solely for communication, billing, and order fulfillment. We will never sell or share your information with any third party. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional details.
COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, illustrations, calligraphy, artwork, and product photography created by or displayed on behalf of RH Design House are protected by U.S. copyright law and remain the sole property of RH Design House, LLC, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Designs and proofs provided to you during the design process are for review only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or repurposed for any personal or commercial use without written permission. All rights, including reproduction and derivative works, remain with RH Design House.
No work produced by RH Design House shall be considered “work made for hire” under U.S. Copyright Law unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Jurisdiction for any intellectual property dispute shall be deemed proper in the United States District Court for the District of Vermont.
