Design Process
Once your order is received, we’ll send a short form via email to gather your event details, such as your names, event timing, level of formality, and any inspiration or moodboards you’d like us to reference. You’ll receive your initial proof within five business days of submitting this form.
If you request edits, a revised proof will be provided within five business days of receiving your feedback. Additional revisions beyond the second proof may extend your project timeline and will be billed at $125 per hour, based on the scope of the edits.
Production Timeline
Once your final proof is approved, production typically takes three to four weeks. Please allow up to one additional week if your order includes RHD assembly services.
Shipping
Shipping costs are not included and vary by final package weight. Most suites ship via FedEx Ground, which typically arrives within two to five business days, depending on your location. Average costs range from $24 to $46. If you’re working with a tighter timeline, you can upgrade your order to Express Saver (three to four business days), 2-Day, or Overnight shipping upon request.

Postage is not included with your collection invitation suite. However, if you choose to have us assemble your suite for you, we’re happy to add it on later.
No! That’s the beauty of Collection. There is no project minimum cost, making it a great option for a variety of budgets. Simply choose the right pieces and finishes on each product to fit your budget.
Our collection has been crafted with specific fonts and/or spot calligraphy details. For that reason, we do not allow typographical changes. If you love a design but are looking for more customization than the collection offers, reach out here, and we’ll put together a semi-custom proposal for you.
We request at least six weeks of design and production time before your desired mailing date. Rush fees are available in some instances.
