  • Customization is not available with our holiday collection. Inquire about custom holiday card availability by emailing studio@rhdesignhouse.com

  • You’ll receive your digital proof via email within 4 business days of placing your order (as long as all guest addresses and photos are provided). One round of revisions is included, and we’ll return any edits within 2 business days for your approval.

    Once your proof is approved, your cards ship within 5 business days and typically arrive in 3–5 business days. Tracking information will be sent directly to your email.

  • No — our quantities are preset to ensure fast turnaround times and include a few extras to cover any returned or last-minute needs.

  • No — our suites are intentionally designed as full sets to maintain consistency and quality across every detail. This approach keeps the process simple and ensures the finished product feels beautifully complete.
